Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN) or related field. Master’s degree in Nursing Administration or Healthcare Management preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including managerial or supervisory roles. Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is essential, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Licensure: Current and valid registered nurse (RN) licensure. Additional certifications in nursing leadership or administration are advantageous.
- Clinical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of nursing practices, procedures, and standards. Proficiency in clinical assessment, patient care planning, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of nursing professionals. Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services, optimize patient outcomes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Thorough knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements. Experience in ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, administrators, and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
